Who are we?

Established in 2001, today Phase 2 Computers is one of South Africa's leading computer and peripherals resellers, offering the most competitive IT solutions for the corporate and end user, as well as the retail market.

Situated in Kramerville, Sandton, Phase 2 supplies reliable and affordable PCs and components, as well as state-of-the-art security and surveillance equipment. With over a decade of experience in the computer refurbishing business, we also buy and sell second-hand computers and offer customers trade-ins, repairs and upgrades.

With customer service at our core, we strive to ensure that our customers are totally satisfied with the service they receive, from the very first contact they have with us, to our after sales support and backup.

We deal in a variety of well-known branded computers, notebooks, monitors and printers, such as; HP/Compaq, Dell, IBM and 'clone/local brand' equipment. Phase 2 Computers is a one-stop-IT-shop, offering a diverse range of products, including:

How can we help you?

Being a small and focused business, we pride ourselves on service. Since inception, approximately 60% of our business has come through referrals. Our specialty is the computer market. We offer pre-built systems, or we can tailor make any system based on our customers' requirements and budget. Through strict and thorough quality control, we are proud of all our boxes sold to date and as a sign of our confidence, all boxes that are assembled by us carry a two year warranty, a first for the IT retail industry.

With the launch of Phase 2 Direct, we now cater for the supply of branded new IT equipment to the dealer and end user market at wholesale prices. Due to strategic relationships within the courier network, we can deliver or collect equipment from any destination in South Africa or surrounding countries. Through our strategic supply chain we can guarantee the most competitively priced and best quality product.

In addition, we offer upgrades on existing boxes and the sale of computer components, including hard drives, memory and optical drives. We will install any components sold free of charge. We offer a free delivery service in Johannesburg, with a nominal delivery charge being invoiced for any deliveries within a 25km radius of Johannesburg.

We also accept trade-ins from our customer base and offer sellers a market related price, while our products are sold with a component swap out warranty. Through the superior technical abilities of our highly trained technical staff, we offer onsite services such as software and hardware installation, virus or any trouble shooting related queries, hardware replacement and configuration of networking, for which work we charge a very competitive call out fee and labour rate. Depending on the complexity of the problem, we also strive to offer a ‘while you wait’ repair service.

An online store is available to all national & international customers, with delivery available globally.

For customers who require onsite assistance, our onsite team is available telephonically or at the customer’s premises, depending on the requirements.

We are small enough to care but large enough to deliver and can not only cater towards the home market (due to our cost effective billing structure) but can also service small business and corporate clients. No project is too big or too small.

To ensure product and service satisfaction, we are committed to improving customer feedback on a continuous basis. Wherever applicable, this is monitored, analysed and adjusted to ensure customer satisfaction, support without compromise and strengthened business relationships.

In addition to beating any written quote submitted, all computers that are assembled by our team carry a two year warranty. Where the manufacturer offers an extended warranty, we pass that benefit onto our customer. All refurbished equipment carries a one year warranty. Our repair centre offers repairs on laptops, PCs, printers, scanners, etc. and these repairs carry a 90 day warranty.

From management level downwards we offer a tradition of good old-fashioned service. We endeavour to create lasting relationships and, in such, to convert customers into friends.

Due to our central position we can service areas within a 50km radius of Kramerville in all directions, including Midrand, Randburg, Braamfontein, Rosebank, Sandton and Parktown, to name just a few. We aim to offer a comfortable ambience where customers are welcome to pop in and visit.
