Established more than 25 years ago, the family-run business has grown from strength to strength. Blue Shirt Bakery (Pty) Ltd started trading under its current name in 2007 after selling a number of its other successful product lines, choosing to focus on the production of Food Wraps & Tortillas for the South African Market. Starting on a small scale when the product was still unknown in South Africa it grew its production from 1 small line in 2007 to 5 small production lines by the end of 2014. In 2015 it commissioned a larger line to further increase its capacity and enable it to continue serving its growing customer base.
